Usage advice:
Before measuring the UV lamp, make sure you take the necessary precautions and wear UV-protective glasses as a preference.
Please preheat the UV lamp for at least 5 minutes.
To improve the accuracy of the measurement data, the average of multiple measurements can be used to reduce errors.
Please keep the photographic sensor clean. If cleaning is required, wipe with alcohol and cotton wool. Do not use sharp objects to clean the sensor to prevent damage to the front filter.
Operating instructions:
Aim the sensor probe above the irradiometer at the UV light source and press the button on the front to read the light intensity value on the LCD. Note down the distance between the point and the UV light source, after many measurements over a long period of time, the UV light source decay process can be derived, after the light intensity decay to about 70%, replace the UV light source to ensure the irradiation intensity.
This product uses 3V DC power supply, you need to provide your own two AA batteries, if not used for a long time, please take out the batteries to avoid leakage of liquid to damage the irradiometer.
