Usage:
1. Disinfect toenails, nails, and tools.
2. Use two hooks on the device to hook the sides of the ingrown toenails.
3. Hold the middle fulcrum of the tool with one hand and tighten the nut with the other hand to secure the device to the toenail. (For different nail sizes, point to the fulcrum in both directions.)
4. Slowly strengthen until there is a sense of dilation (no pain). To correct this, dip your foot in warm water.
5. Increase the intensity slightly every 10 minutes.
6. After 30 minutes, remove feet from water and wait 15 minutes for feet to dry.
7. Remove equipment, readjust toenails, and tuck some medical cotton cloth under the tilted nails to prevent rebound.
